How to know when to change your rubber cushions ?
It can be very hard to determine when your billiard needs to have the rubber cushions changed without removing the cushion cloth.
2 things that indicates that it needs to be changed;
1. If the rubber is soft like a sponge - they most likely needs to be changed.
2. If the rubber is hard as a stone - they most likely needs to be changed.

The rubber cushions have to have a naturally bounce in the rubber.
