There is a lot of different kinds of tables on the market - this means that as a buyer you have to be
carefull not to buy too cheap a table. If you are looking for quality - look for:

 

  • Cabinet-thickness - the thickness of the cabinet has something to do with the stability of the table. The thiner cabinet - the more unstabile the table is.


     
  • Fan - there are a lot of different qualities of fan and it is very hard to tell the diffence between good and bad quality. If the table looks cheap - you can be a 100% sure that the fan is also cheap.
    Some of the cheapest models do not have fan - these you should not buy, because the game is based on the air supply through the playing area.


     
  • Playing area - comes in laminate or steel. The cheaper tables usually comes with laminate playing area - these playing areas will in time become worn and crooked. Steel are used on the professional tables - they are easy to clean and to replace.
